Draw Something: The Science Behind and Effect of Emulsifiers and Stabilizers

This is a drawing explaining the workings of emulsifiers and stabilizers.  I tried to indicate water with blue colour, oil with yellow colour, head of emulsifier with red colour and tail of emulsifier with greed colour.  However, the colours aren't showing much.
