Time to refresh your taste by adding this fresh mint dressing. It might look like normal dressing but it sure irresistible like the breath of an angel. And you will definitely wanna devour all those cuisines with mint dressing once you know what it tastes like.
Here I will tell you how to make the angel's breath by yourself. Is mysterious but accessible.
Ingredients of fresh mint vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 1/4 cup packed fresh mint (spearmint) leaves (about half of a 2/3 or 3/4-ounce package)
- 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 10 twists of freshly ground black pepper
Formation of the mint vinaigrette
1. combine all of the ingredients and blend it in a food processor until smooth. Taste, and add more salt and/or pepper if necessary. Make it the way you like.
2. Good things always not last forever. The mint vinaigrette also. You may put it in your refrigerator for keeping at least 1 week.
